Terms of Use

Effective August 15, 2026

Paydura is a personal budgeting and reminder tool. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Not financial services

Paydura is not a bank, lender, payment service, investment adviser, accountant, or financial adviser. Calculations and reminders are informational and may be affected by incorrect or incomplete entries. Debt records are a separate reminder ledger and do not move money or change salary balances.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for verifying entries and calculations, protecting your device and exported files, and keeping backups you may need. Do not use Paydura for unlawful activity or to store information you do not have permission to process.

Beta software

The beta may contain defects or change before release. Paydura is provided as available without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular financial decision, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Data and availability

Paydura has no cloud account or server-side recovery. Clearing storage, resetting, or uninstalling may permanently delete local data. Exported files are handled by the service you select.
